Mystery parcel

I love stuff like this!
I got a parcel from Hong Kong a few days ago. I haven't ordered anything from the internet recently and I don't know anyone who lives there. I've only lived at my current address for a year and I'm a pretty ordinary person.
It's full of random junk. Sink strainer, hooks, pegs, pencil cases.

I don't know what to do with it at the moment. The money and keys are particularly puzzling. The keys aren't for my door, luckily??

It's from someone with an English-sounding name possibly. The address sounds quite English-sounding. I don't know much about the history of Hong Kong so I don't know the relevance of that.

So my ideas so far are-

1) Addressed incorrectly.
This is pretty unlikely since I moved in recently and they got my name and address 100% correct.

2) Joke from a friend.
It's a weird prank to play, unlikely.

3) From a random person in Hong Kong doing something fun.
I have no idea how they would get my address.

In any case I've got a few options. I'm probably going to keep and use the stuff. I can send this on to another random person from another country with a note explaining the history of it. I could send a parcel back to the sender with pictures of me using the stuff and some trinkets from here. Anyone got any cooler ideas?
